PRODUCTS

1Do your products contain any allergens?

Most essential oils contain naturally occurring allergens.

2Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Yes. They are suitable for all skin types but you would have to do a patch test to see how your skin reacts to our essential oil products. Please do note that there are oils that are harmful to certain groups such as children, pregnant women, etc. Read the safety information before applying. Furthermore, there are certain oils that are photosensitive, so please be careful when applying these oils.

3Are your products organic?

Essential oils are natural and organic in itself. Therefore, all our products are organic and natural.

4Do you test your products on animals?

We NEVER test our products on animals. Our friends and family happily volunteer to be our testers.

5Where are your products made?

The Essential oils are made in various countries. You may look at the individual products to see where they are made. However, our blends are all made in Singapore and the Essential oils are packaged in Singapore.

6Are Essential Oils safe for children?

Essential oils can be used by children. It is recommended that essential oils be used ok children who are 5 years old and above. They are fragile and may get hurt due to the potency of the oils.
It is best to dilute the essential oils for children with a carrier oil so that children do not get hurt. Carrier oils, such as Coconut Oil, are great to use on any age of children. After diluting, make sure to do a patch test on the child.

7Can Essential Oils be used internally?

Arome Global does not recommend using the oils internally, even though are oils are organic. However, if you were to ingest the essential oils, we would understand.

8How do we store our Essential Oils?

Essential oils are to be stored in a cool and dark place, away from the sunlight. Please make sure that you have tightly closed the cap so that oxidation does not occur.

9Do you offer free samples?

Yes! With every purchase, you do get a free sample of our products for you to try! However, if you would like to request a sample, please contact us at info@aromeglobal.com and we will be happy to answer your questions.

10There is a particular product that I am looking for. Could you help me?

Ofcourse! Please do contact us at create@aromeglobal.com and we will be delighted to create for you, or help you with your customized products.

Payments

1What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard), direct bank transfers, PayNow, PayLah and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cash on delivery.

2What if I typed the wrong email address?

Please contact us at info@aromeglobal.com so we can change your email address.

3Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in Singapore Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

4How secure is my online order?

Arome Global adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the checkout process.

5Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in Singapore Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its finaldestination, which are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping

1How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter “?” to”c”.

2WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

Shipping times will be provided to you once you have placed the order. If you would like to know more about that, please call us/whatsapp us at (+65) 91072490 or email us at info@aromeglobal.com.

For orders within Singapore, due to high demand of our products, please allow one week for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@aromeglobal.com.

3WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 7 days of purchase. We do our very best to get the product to you as soon as possible. With such huge demand on these products, we have warehouses all over the world to handle the extra demand. You should get a tracking number in your email once it ships. We know you are looking forward to your awesome purchase. One thing we guarantee, is product delivery.

4What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?

We try to get your complete order to you in time. However, we do apologize for any missing items. If something is still missing, please contact us at finance@aromeglobal.com.

5Do you deliver internationally?

We do offer international delivery; however, this and the costs will depend on the specific requirements of the country we are delivering to. Please email us at info@aromeglobal.com and we would be happy to help.

6What if I want to make changes or cancel my order?

We would be sad for you to cancel your order, however we do understand that you have changed your mind. Please contact us right away at finance@aromeglobal.com and we would be happy to help. Please do note that if your order has been shipped, it would be difficult for us to cancel your order, but we will try to help you in any way we can.

Exchanges

1What is your exchange and return policy?

We are happy to exchange your products for you within 7 days of receiving it. We will accept the return if the original receipt is provided, the items are not used or opened and the packaging is still intact. If you received defective products, we would be happy to exchange it for you. If you received a product that is not in your receipt, it is yours!

For items to be exchanged, you must choose a product that has the same price. However, if you do want a product that is higher in price, we would require you to top up the difference in pricing. We will only be able to exchange the products once.

Domestic Shipping

1What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping within Singapore costs S$5. However, if you order products above $100, we would be happy to ship it for free. The products are personally delivered by our in-house team to make sure the products are delivered with love and care.

2How long does it take to ship the products?

The time it takes to ship your products depends on your order. Usually, your products will be delivered within 7 days. However, if you have a bulk order, we would let you know the time it will take to deliver your products.
