Direction of Use

  • Electric Diffuser: Add 2- 3 drops of essential oils in an electric diffuser and inhale.
  • Bath: Add a few drops to your bath and enjoy the aroma.
  • Massage: Mix 1-2 drops of essential oils with 1 cup of coconut oil and massage onto skin.
